PetCarts is a Canadian company selling smart NFC pet tags. Our contact email is petcarts.ca@gmail.com.

2. Using Our Website

By using our website you confirm that:

  • You will not attempt to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our website or systems

3. Products

Product descriptions We do our best to describe our products accurately. However we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or pricing are completely error-free. If a product is not as described you may return it under our Refund Policy.

Pricing All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where required. Prices may change at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of checkout.

Availability We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

  • There is a pricing error on our website
  • The product is out of stock
  • We suspect fraudulent activity
  • Payment cannot be processed

If we cancel your order you will receive a full refund.

5. Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details.

If your payment is declined your order will not be processed. Please contact your bank or try a different payment method.

6. Shipping

We ship across Canada. Delivery times and shipping details are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund terms are outlined in our Refund Policy. By placing an order you agree to those terms.

8. NFC Tag Registration

When you register your PetCarts tag you agree that:

  • The contact information you provide is accurate
  • You are the owner of the pet associated with the tag
  • You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date
  • PetCarts is not responsible for any failure to reunite a lost pet due to incorrect or outdated registration information
  • You will not register false, misleading, or harmful information on your tag

PetCarts reserves the right to remove any registration that violates these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

PetCarts provides its product and service on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law:

  • We do not guarantee that our NFC tags will work on every device in every situation
  • We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from a lost pet whether or not the PetCarts tag was used
  • Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your order
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

PetCarts is a tool to help reunite lost pets — we cannot guarantee outcomes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on petcarts.ca including text, images, logos, and design is owned by PetCarts. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our content without written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
