How does the NFC tag work?

You attach the tag to your pet's collar and register your contact details on our website. When someone finds your pet they tap the tag with any smartphone and your name, phone number and address appear on their screen instantly. No app needed.

What phones does it work with?

It works with all iPhones (iPhone 7 and newer) and all Android phones made after 2017. No app download required.

How do I register my tag?

When you receive your tag, simply tap it with your phone or type the URL printed on the tag into your browser. A registration form will appear. Fill in your details and you are done — takes less than 60 seconds.

Can I update my information later?

Yes. Tap your tag again and you will see your current information. You can update it at any time.

Is my personal information safe?

Your information is only shown when someone physically taps your pet's tag. It is not searchable online or shared with anyone.

How long does shipping take?

We ship free across Canada. Orders arrive in 3–7 business days. Orders are processed within 1 business day.

What if I lose my tag or it breaks?

Contact us at our Contact page and we will sort it out. We stand behind our product.
