Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but package is missing — wait 24 hours then email petcarts.ca@gmail.com with your order number.
Wrong Address
Email petcarts.ca@gmail.com immediately if you entered the wrong address. If not yet shipped we can update it at no charge.
Damaged in Transit
