We stand behind every PetCarts tag. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- The tag must be in its original condition
- You must have proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)
How to Start a Return
- Email us at petcarts.ca@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back to us
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Defective or Wrong Item
If your tag arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item:
- We will send you a free replacement immediately
- You do not need to return the original item
- Email us at petcarts.ca@gmail.com with a photo and your order number
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defect or our error — we cover return shipping
- Any other reason — customer covers return shipping
Digital Registration
Returning the physical tag does not delete your registered information. Email us at petcarts.ca@gmail.com after your return and we will remove your data within 24 hours.
