We stand behind every PetCarts tag. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The tag must be in its original condition
  • You must have proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at petcarts.ca@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Defective or Wrong Item

If your tag arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item:

  • We will send you a free replacement immediately
  • You do not need to return the original item
  • Email us at petcarts.ca@gmail.com with a photo and your order number

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defect or our error — we cover return shipping
  • Any other reason — customer covers return shipping

Digital Registration

Returning the physical tag does not delete your registered information. Email us at petcarts.ca@gmail.com after your return and we will remove your data within 24 hours.
